Sitting in a quiet room with a worn acoustic guitar, I spent decades refining my understanding of music theory and fretboard mechanics. Building on my Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, I translate the nuance of classical expression into the practical application of scales, modes, and lead guitar techniques. Whether you are an absolute beginner struggling with basic strumming patterns or an advanced learner chasing the intricacies of power chords, I utilise my 13 years of experience to bridge your technical gaps.
My practice covers everything from reading tabs and sheet music to the complex rhythmic demands of various genres. I find deep satisfaction in helping intermediate learners break through plateaus to master barre chords and fluid songwriting. Watching you reach your musical destination provides the greatest reward for my time spent behind the music stand.
