About Ceasar

I’m Ceasar Augustus, a DJ, songwriter, drummer, trombonist, music producer. I was selected by Kaskade as the 2026 EDC Las Vegas Discovery Project winner, and I performed two sets at the festival. I’ve also released music through Insomniac Records.
I know how overwhelming DJing and music production can feel when you’re learning. My goal is to make that process approachable through patient instruction, clear explanations, and honest, constructive feedback.
I bring the same preparation and dedication to lessons that I bring to my music and performances. Whether you’re learning your first transition or finishing an original track, I’ll meet you at your current level and help you build confidence, independence, and your own creative identity.

About the lesson

My lessons are hands-on, personalized, and built around your musical interests. I explain each technique, demonstrate it, and guide you as you practice, with clear feedback you can apply right away.

A typical lesson starts with your goals and a review of your progress. We then focus on a specific skill—such as beatmatching, transitions, preparing a DJ set, or producing in Ableton Live—and finish with something to practice independently.

As an EDC Las Vegas Discovery Project winner handpicked by Kaskade, I bring experience creating and releasing music and performing on festival stages. I help students connect technical skills with creative decisions so they can develop their own sound.

Lessons are suitable for beginners and developing DJs and producers. No formal music education is required, and we can focus on DJing, music production, or both.
