About Arthur
Hi, my name is Arthur. I’m a 20-year-old French exchange student from Paris, currently studying Finance in Sydney. French is my native language, and I am also fully fluent in English, having solely studied in English for the past two years in University.
I have a multicultural background: my girlfriend is from Taïwan, so I’m also learning Chinese and we communicate daily in English. This experience helps me understand the challenges of learning a new language and how important patience and clear explanations are.
I have a strong academic foundation in French, with years of private tutoring that sharpened my grammar, writing, and literature skills. As a tutor, I am patient, professional, and adaptable, tailoring lessons to each student’s goals.

I adapt each lesson to the student’s goals, whether exam prep, school support, or conversational fluency. I focus on building confidence through speaking, listening, reading, and writing practice, always with clear explanations and examples.
I use exercises, mock exam questions (for DELF/DALF), real-life dialogues, and written assignments.
I give detailed feedback to help students progress quickly.
Lesson Length Typical sessions are 1 hour, but I can adjust to 1.5–2 hours depending on the student’s needs.
I teach all levels (beginner to advanced), for both adults and children.
