About Farishta
Hi! I’m Farishta, a second-year medical student with a strong background in Mathematics and Science. Having studied for IGCSE myself, I understand how overwhelming certain topics can feel. I’m patient, approachable and passionate about helping students understand difficult concepts, build confidence and feel more prepared for their exams.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s current syllabus and learning needs. Before class, students can send me the topics, notes or questions they would like to cover so I can prepare a clear and structured lesson. I focus on explaining concepts simply, working through examples and helping students build confidence through practice.
Lessons usually last 1.5–2 hours, with extra sessions available near exams. I am a second-year medical student, a straight-A IGCSE graduate and achieved a 3.9 GPA in Foundation in Science. Although I am new to tutoring, I understand the challenges students face and aim to provide patient, supportive lessons for learners from kindergarten to IGCSE/SPM level.

Details
