About Sarah
Hi, my name is Sarah, and I am passionate about tutoring students, so that I can enable them to reach their full potentials! As a student myself, I remember when I was in their shoes, juggling UCAS applications, interviews and my A levels amongst other things. It was an extremely challenging period of my life, and I found it hard to keep up with the content taught in school. As a result, I fell behind, and thanks to tuition and resources I received from various charity organisations such as In2MedSchool, I was able to prevail and achieve my dream of getting into med school!
For a bit more information about myself, alongside my medical degree I enjoy hobbies such as reading, Dune (the sci-fi franchise), and playing Netball. I also really enjoy roller skating in my spare time, and I was the skate secretary for my university's skatesoc last year!

My lessons focus mainly on ensuring that my students have a secure baseline understanding of the topic at hand. Following this, we will look at relevant past paper questions, with the aim of enabling the student to answer these questions independently.
I will always give my students homework, oftentimes active-recall based, to ensure that they understand and also remember the content taught in lessons. This has proven most effective, and multiple students I have taught have seen an average grade improvement of 1.5 (at A level)
