About Kirsty
Hi! My name is Kirsty and I am a newly qualified physiotherapist who studied at Bournemouth University. I love to work with students and find different methods and solutions for them to experience their own understanding. The idea of knowing I can help a student gain a better understanding of the topic they want to achieve better in brings me great motivation. This means I work hard and efficiently to give students confidence and grasp a better understanding of the work at hand. I am flexible working around students' time and if sessions are ever needed I am more than happy to help. I have always had a strong work ethic as I have achieved high grades in my GCSEs and A-levels and will try my best to implement that into the work I teach to my students.

As a former gymnastics coach I have seen first-hand the way different young children need help with grasping different aspects; therefore, in my lessons, I will ensure I find a range of different solutions and methods to adapt to a student's liking that efficiently works for them. The lesson will be an hour each, and 30 minutes will be for explanation and methods with the use of practice questions, and then the other half will be for the student to see they have understood what we have learnt together. My lessons are for primary school children who want to develop their knowledge in maths or any other subject. I would love to help and have a positive reinforcement way of looking at learning difficult topics.
