About Zachary
I am a 22 year old student nurse, and I am passionate about helping people and making them realise their potential. I have worked with a range of individuals, from children who are youth offenders and/or have disabilities all the way to adults who have physical and mental health needs. I understand the importance of having a good learning and work plan to succeed, as somebody with ADHD who has had to work hard to succeed myself, and I can use my own experiences and knowledge to help others make the most of their education too.

Person-centred approach with the idea to cater sessions and learning to the individual and what they enjoy. I am aware that everybody has their strengths and areas to improve on, and use this knowledge to create realistic learning plans. I have overcome my own barriers as an individual with ADHD, and I built on my own strengths and now have a PhD lined up in my near future. So I know everybody had the potential!
