About Krupa
I have been teaching yoga since 2019. At a time when I had achieved what looked like professional success, I experienced a sense of inner emptiness that made me question my direction and well-being.
Yoga became more than a practice for me — it became a path to reconnect with myself, find balance, and cultivate inner calm. Through consistent practice and study, I experienced how deeply yoga can support emotional and mental well-being.
Today, I teach from both knowledge and lived experience. My intention is to help my students feel calm, supported, and connected with themselves through yoga.

My teaching is rooted in traditional yoga principles while being adapted for modern lifestyles. I focus on safe alignment, breath awareness, mindful movement, and holistic wellbeing.
I guide students through safe, effective yoga practices that improve strength, flexibility, posture, breathing, and overall wellbeing.

Details
These sessions offer more than a physical yoga practice. Drawing on yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation techniques, I create a supportive space for you to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you're navigating stress, life transitions, burnout, or simply looking to build a stronger relationship with your body, each session is tailored to your unique needs and experience level.
A complimentary 30-minute introductory session is included so we can discuss your goals and create a practice that feels right for you.
Rates:
• Private Session: AED 120/hour
• Online Session: AED 100/hour
• 5-Hour Package: AED 550
• 10-Hour Package: AED 1000
Travel fees may apply depending on location.
