• When did you first develop a passion for music and your favorite instrument?

  I began playing guitar at 5 years old when I initially met my tutor of 15 years while walking home from elementary school with my mother. I later transitioned into being a DJ after a transformative experience attending Ultra Music Festival at 14 years old. This naturally led to my becoming interested in production with Ableton.

• Is there a particular type of music or artist that you listen to on a loop without it driving you crazy?

  I listen to any music that appeals to me, regardless of it's characteristics. I find Rock to be what is probably the most consistent sound coming through my headphones on a daily basis.

• Explain to us the most difficult or riveting course you could personally give to a student of music.

  The most difficult aspect to teach is not technical, but rather the discipline of embodying emotion in the sound being curated and presented. Therefore, the essence of a most complex syllabus is, in fact, to be found within the psyche and inner-workings of each particular student. Connecting with this potential is the greatest and most nuanced offering I can provide through teaching.

• What do you think is the most complicated instrument to master and why?

  Any given instrument commands dedication in order to express the full characteristics which it may possess. Guitar, like other string instruments, is rather difficult, due to learning curves which are applicable at various stages of practice over the course of years which it takes to reach the level of an international player.

• What are your keys to success?

  A DIY mindset, & creating platforms to share with other artists & musicians.

• Name three musicians you dream of meeting in your favourite bar in the early hours of the morning. Explain why.

  Jordi Savall, just to be in the presence of greatness. Daryl Palumbo, so I can confess my love for him AGAIN. And, lastly.... The singer from Halou because maybe some of her sensitivity and grace will rub off on me.

• Provide a valuable anecdote related to music or your days at music school.

  Music is the conduit for sharing your heart.

• What are the little touches that make you a Superprof in music?

  I love seeing my students surpass their preconceived limitations.
