About Sony
As a Spanish tutor with 16 years of teaching experience, I believe every student deserves a learning experience designed especially for them. My teaching philosophy focuses on personalized learning because every learner has different strengths, interests, and academic goals. By understanding these differences, I create lessons that encourage confidence, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
My classes include grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, writing, and conversational Spanish. I use practical examples, role-playing activities, interactive discussions, and communication exercises that help students apply their knowledge naturally. My lessons are carefully planned to balance grammar accuracy with real-world language use.
One of my unique teaching skills is recognizing learning challenges early and providing effective solutions that help students progress with confidence. I regularly evaluate performance, adjust lesson plans, and provide individualized feedback to ensure every learner continues improving.
I also believe that language and culture should be taught together. My lessons include traditions, customs, food, festivals, and authentic expressions from Spanish-speaking countries. This helps students gain a deeper understanding of the language while making learning more enjoyable.

My Spanish teaching methodology focuses on motivation, communication, creativity, and effective time management to help students learn in a structured and enjoyable way. I motivate students by understanding their goals and helping them stay focused and confident throughout their learning journey.
I believe communication is the key to mastering a language, so I give importance to speaking practice, conversations, and real-life examples. I use creative teaching techniques such as interactive exercises, storytelling, and fun activities to make learning engaging and easy to remember.
I carefully manage class time to cover all important areas like grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and practice without making lessons stressful. I also guide students on how to manage their own study time outside the class.
In addition to Spanish, I can teach related subjects such as basic language skills, communication techniques, and study methods that support overall learning. My aim is to make students comfortable, confident, and fluent in Spanish step by step.
