About Simon

I am a neurodivergent individual with personal and professional experience of a wide range of mental, physical and neurodevelopmental support needs. I believe that providing a consistent, predictable, respectful service costs nothing, but can make a huge difference to an individual's learning experience. The importance of developing a safe, appropriate, positive working relationship cannot be overstated. Without solid foundations built on clear, open, authentic communication, it is virtually impossible to have any meaningful positive impact on an individual's learning experience, regardless of how technically proficient the tutor may be.
