About Farah
Hi, I'm Farah, an ACE-certified personal trainer (since 2020), and fitness has been a huge part of my life since I was 17.
Over the years, I've learned that staying healthy isn't about spending hours in the gym or following extreme routines. It's about finding a balanced lifestyle you can actually stick to. That's exactly what I want to help you build. My training combines strength and weight training at the gym with simple, effective home workouts like HIIT, skipping, and running, so you can stay active wherever you are.
I know how busy life gets, which is why my HIIT sessions are just 20 to 30 minutes, designed to fit into even the most packed schedule.
My goal is to make working out feel easy, doable, and even enjoyable, so consistency becomes a habit rather than a struggle. If you're ready to start taking care of your body and feel stronger and more confident, I'd love to be part of your journey!

My online coaching fits right into your busy life. We'll start with a quick consultation about your goals, fitness level and schedule, and I'll build a personalised plan just for you. Expect a mix of strength training and quick 20 to 30 minute home workouts like HIIT, skipping and running, with little to no equipment needed. We'll have weekly check-ins on WhatsApp to track your progress, adjust your plan and keep you motivated, and you can send me workout videos anytime for form feedback. Train on your own time, with a coach in your corner every step of the way.
