About Leona
With over 4 years of experience, I specialize in teaching chemistry to college students, helping them navigate through complex concepts and achieve academic success. My teaching approach for chemistry is built on diplomacy, accountability, and open-mindedness. I believe in creating a respectful and open learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their thoughts. At the same time, I stay open-minded and flexible, adjusting my methods to best fit each student’s learning style. I also teach related subjects to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the material. My goal is to help students build confidence, improve their problem-solving skills, and develop a deeper understanding of chemistry.
