As a tutor, I focus on building both confidence and understanding in my students. I use a step-by-step approach that breaks down complex math concepts into simple, manageable parts. I always encourage questions and tailor each session to the student’s pace and learning style.
A typical lesson with me starts with a quick review of previous material, followed by guided practice on new topics using real-world examples. I use visuals, interactive problems, and practice tests to reinforce learning. I also provide strategies for test-taking and independent study.
What sets me apart is that I’m not only an advanced high school math student, but I’m also an active tutor who understands what students struggle with because I’ve seen it firsthand — and sometimes experienced it myself.
