About Masud
I’m a Cornell-educated tutor with professional experience teaching and mentoring students across technical, quantitative, and applied subjects. I bring prior freelance tutoring experience, working one-on-one with learners to break down complex ideas into clear, intuitive steps tailored to each student’s learning style. With a background as a former Amazon Software Engineer and founder of AI-powered learning platforms, I combine deep subject knowledge with structured explanations, practice-driven learning, and personalized feedback. I specialize in helping students build real understanding—not memorization—by focusing on fundamentals, problem-solving strategies, and confidence. Whether you’re preparing for exams, strengthening core concepts, or learning new skills from scratch, I provide patient, adaptable, and highly personalized tutoring designed to produce measurable progress.

My approach to tutoring is to start with the problem statement and let the student think through the problem. I help guide the student and teach them important concepts through real-practical examples. Use proven methods such as spaced repetition and practice to ensure students retain knowledge, and help them prep for any exams, or help out with project work. I serve as a mentor and as a guide, as well as a tutor.
