About Micol

I am an athlete and fitness coach specializing in functional fitness and senior fitness. I received my certifications from the American Council on Exercise in Canada where I have taught bottcamp, fitness classes, crossfit and functional fitness. I am temporarily in Italy where I will stay until the beginning of the summer: the lessons can be scheduled online at the deadline. I am an English and Italian citizen so I am fluent in both languages. I offer absolutely personalized lessons and I also train small groups outdoors.

About the lesson

Absolute customization based on the client's skills and objectives. No one is left behind and problems are heard and then solved together. I ask for commitment and desire to do, I'll take care of the rest. The results have never been lacking with any client.

Ottime conversazioni. Consigliata!
