I was a full time faculty in an engineering college where I used to teach,guide and counsel students for their career guidelines.But what disappoints me is that there is degradation in the quality of students.

I used to teach undergraduate students but the thing is that the students are not conceptual about the subjects taught in +2.
Therefore I have to start my class from grass root level to develop intuition in students.
