Hello! I’m Aparna Ganesan a dedicated and experienced science tutor with a passion for helping students succeed. With a strong academic background and a proven track record of results, I specialise in making science accessible, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs. I hold a B.Sc. in Microbiology / M.Sc. in Bioinformatics and have over 2 years of tutoring experience across various educational levels of middle school. As a science tutor, my goal is to make complex topics clear, relatable, and even enjoyable. I tailor every lesson to match the student's learning style—whether they need step-by-step breakdowns, visual aids, real-world examples, or practice problems to truly grasp a concept. Teaching Techniques & Methodology I focus on: Conceptual understanding first, then apply it through practice Using analogies and visuals to simplify difficult ideas Encouraging questions and active participation to build confidence Offering regular feedback and study tips to improve independent learning Every lesson is interactive and student-centred, with a mix of explanation, demonstration, and hands-on practice. Lesson Format & Duration Lessons typically last 60 minutes, with options for longer sessions if needed. Each session includes: A quick review of previous material Clear learning objectives for the day Step-by-step teaching with examples Time for Q&A and guided practice A short recap and optional follow-up tasks Lessons are available online or in person depending on location.
