About Alexandra
I'm a Physics graduate currently studying for a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, with a real passion for making maths, physics, and chemistry both understandable and enjoyable. I know that these subjects can feel challenging at times, but with the right guidance, anyone can master them. My goal is to help students build their skills and confidence, so they feel ready to take on whatever their GCSEs throw at them!
I’ve been tutoring GCSE students in maths, physics, and chemistry for several years, guiding them through tricky topics and helping them see the bigger picture. My degree in Physics gives me a solid foundation to explain scientific ideas clearly, and my current research in AI keeps me thinking outside the box when it comes to problem-solving. No matter the student's goal, I’m here to guide them every step of the way.
I have a First Class BSc in Physics and achieved an A* in A Level Maths, A* in A Level Physics and A in A Level Chemistry, and 11A*'s at GCSE.

My teaching style is all about creating a positive and supportive learning environment. I believe that the key to success in any subject is building confidence, so I focus on breaking down concepts into easy-to-understand steps and adapting my approach to suit each student’s unique needs. I’m patient, approachable, and always ready to listen, making sure my students feel comfortable asking questions and tackling challenges head-on. I want my students to not only improve their grades but also enjoy the journey of learning something new.
