About Arshana
I am Arshana and I love solving problems. My day job is designing schools as Architect and out of working hours I like teaching students Maths and English. I think boosting a student's knowledge directly improves confidence and this is something I would like to achieve for my students.

My tutoring approach is to understand students and cater for their specific needs. This is through explaining the task in different ways to help the student understand, without giving away answers, so that they are still able to learn the concepts and methods themselves. Also, changing the mindset of a student from thinking “I can’t complete this question” to “I can’t complete this question yet” is very important as the “I can” attitude will push them further when they are stuck on a question for example.
