About Jason

I am an engineer and analyst, I also enjoy practicing sport at semi-expert level, including various self-defense techniques and martial arts. In this I also give guidance and training. So far I have been able to guide dozens of people in, among other things, classical boxes, kick and Thai boxes, judo and jujitsu.

About the lesson

My method of teaching is free and structured, if I want to learn something for someone or several people then I would like to prepare myself by reading in on the subject matter that I think is useful to be able to apply in view of the character of The students.
