About Emma

I’m Emma, an artist and art educator creating emotionally intelligent, trauma-aware art experiences for children and girls and adults. My work centres on creative expression, confidence, and wellbeing—using art as a safe, empowering way to explore feelings, voice, and self-worth.

About the lesson

I teach emotionally intelligent art that helps children and adults express feelings, build confidence, understand boundaries, and trust their voice. Through creative processes, art becomes a tool for wellbeing, self-awareness, healthy relationships, and personal growth—without pressure, judgement, or perfection expectations.
