About Alicia
I am a Womens Artistic Gymnastics coach with knowledge from being an athlete herself with the coaching course qualification for the early competitive levels of gymnastics. I can teach all basic and developing gymnastics skills which will help you progress into tumbling skills. I will also introduce fitness and strength programs to help your body achieve these skills. I have been teaching gymnastics for 10 years as well as being a competitive athlete for 20. Over the years I have also developed a lot of knowledge on how the body and mind works in situations that require confidence and ability.

Gymnastics is a very fun and rewarding sport especially when you achieve a cool trick for the first time! you can start at any age with the right mind set and dedication along with patience. This is a sport that will help you with increasing your confidence in yourself and learning to motivate your self with anything you wish to achieve! I can be not only your coach but your mentor with answers for any questions you have. What I love the most about this sport is that it keeps you fit and healthy, which will also assist with any other sports your into!
