About Diphoko Blessing
I am Blessing Mohoje, been in ground level sports etc. for over 15 years from teaching football, Athletics, boxing, MMA etc. Been involved in community projects in sports and school sports. Recently I wanted to start giving back by sharing my knowledge and experiences particularly on the fitness and cardio side. To bring a refreshing version of working out. That will have lots of benefits for your body. One of the ways was by writing a opinionated book to help beginners, second is to work f2f, third is to create engaging fun workouts and lastly the plan to reach as many people as I can in the world. Join the exciting way of transformations.
