About Stephen
I’m an RIBA/ARB Chartered Architect with experience across residential, commercial, regeneration and heritage projects, from concept design through to technical delivery and construction. I have worked at leading practices including Foster + Partners, Mæ and Donald Insall Associates, with particular strengths in Rhino and Revit, 3D design, BIM coordination and technical detailing. I have good working knowledge of Building Regulations and fire safety, alongside experience of client liaison, contractor coordination and on-site delivery. My residential experience includes bespoke Paragraph 79 country houses at Kirkland Fraser Moor and refurbishment projects at Donald Insall Associates. I’m particularly interested in bringing together strong design thinking, technical rigour and practical construction knowledge. I hold an MPhil in Architecture from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s in Urban Design and Real Estate from The Bartlett, UCL.

Perfect! Stephen is an experienced tutor, who has expert knowledge on digital software (rhino, enscape). He was very quick to suggest and guide me to apply relevant and insightful precedents to resolve issues within the design project and equally enthusiastic to demonstrate digital skills that improved my workflow.
