About Monty

My Name is Monty, I'm a Mindfulness Coach, I've created a Mindfulness app and I also Train Mindfulness teachers to start teaching people to meditate themselves.

Mindfulness has been the most useful thing I've done in my life. It's helped with my personal life, my professional life and my life as a parent too.

I'm passionate about teaching mindfulness as it's such a life-changing tool for managing stress and growing resilience.

I'm so lucky to have found it and am passionate about making it easy for others to start meditating.

My mindfulness coaching is centred around making mindfulness accessible, easy to fit into your busy life and an effective way to soothe stress and anxiety.
Together we'll explore the many different ways that mindfulness can help, and work on the areas that are most relevant to you.
