About Benjamin
I have a keen interest in working with children while having a passion for applying and teaching mathematics one-on-one or in a small class. I managed to gain work experience with tutoring and administration support at educational learning centres for the past four years. I broadened my social and communication skills with the opportunity to interact with primary-aged and secondary-aged children and work employers. These skills allow me to stay positive and sustain working relationships with my customers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. My experiences with educational learning centres and private tutoring provided me with exposure to customer service, constantly dealing with parents and students. Empathy and compassion were essential when students were struggling, having to understand their needs, worries and pressure points.

I am open to tutor a range of students from basic to advanced levels in years 7-12 Mathematics (including VCE Specialist Maths) online and in-person. Lessons range from 60 to 90 minutes. I have tutored for 4 years privately and at educational learning centres. I have extra worksheets, practice tests and exams for students wanting to excel further. Otherwise, going through school homework with me is fine.
