About Ishita

Hi! I’m Isha — a dedicated, nurturing educator currently studying Education in Melbourne. I have over five years of experience working closely with children as a nanny and learning support provider, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business. I’ve always had a deep passion for teaching — I was a school topper and spent time in high school volunteering to teach underprivileged children, which shaped my love for helping young learners grow. I specialize in supporting primary school students (Prep to Year 6) in English, reading, writing, and basic math. I’m especially passionate about working with children who may need a little extra encouragement, structure, or personalized attention to build confidence in their learning. Whether your child is preparing for school, catching up, or simply needing a calm and consistent space to stay on track — I’m here to help.

About the lesson

Hi! I’m Isha — a caring and dedicated educator currently studying Education in Melbourne, with over five years of experience working closely with children. I provide personalized tutoring for primary school students (Prep to Year 6) in English, reading, writing, and foundational math. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, and I’m now pursuing a career in teaching. I’ve always been passionate about helping children learn and grow — I was a school topper, and during high school, I volunteered to teach underprivileged children, which deeply shaped my approach to education. As a long-time nanny and now tutor, I understand how important it is to create a calm, encouraging environment where each child can feel confident and capable. My sessions are warm, engaging, and fully tailored to the child’s learning pace and style — whether that’s homework support, phonics practice, or building stronger study habits. I believe in making learning feel empowering, not overwhelming. I use positive reinforcement, creative strategies, and structured routines to help kids succeed and enjoy the process. I’m currently available on select weekdays before and after school, and can offer both in-person and online sessions depending on your family’s needs. Whether your child needs extra support or a boost in confidence, I’d love to be part of their learning journey. Feel free to reach out — I look forward to connecting!
