About Aimee
I'm a secondary education student with over 14 weeks in the school experience. I'm on final practicum of my degree and am heading towards an outstanding report. Other professionals in the industry have described me as highly approachable and friendly, enabling students to trust me and feel comfortable in my presence. I have a passion for nutrition and food, as well as mathematics. I have experience in working in challenging schools in terms of behaviour and academic success which has equipped me with strategies to deal with disengagement.

I aim to incorporate a range of different teaching strategies throughout the lesson to maintain engagement and interest. I end all my lessons with a conclusion that provides me with an indication of whether or not students succeeded in the lessons learning objectives so that I can tailor the next lesson to this.
