About NIVRITI
Hi! I'm Nivriti, a second-year medical student at Aston Medical School, and I love helping students learn and become more confident in their abilities. I started tutoring in high school, where I worked with younger students and classmates, and I really enjoyed seeing them improve and achieve their goals.
Having taken the IELTS myself and achieved an overall band score of 8.0, I understand both the challenges of the exam and what it takes to perform well. I also know how important a good IELTS score can be, especially for students applying to competitive university courses like medicine, where English language requirements can be high.
My aim is to make lessons relaxed, encouraging, and tailored to each student's needs. I believe everyone learns differently, so I focus on creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, learning from their mistakes, and building confidence. Whether you're working towards a target band score or preparing for university applications, I'd be happy to help you reach your goals!

My lessons focus on the Speaking, Reading, and Writing sections of the IELTS exam. I'll teach you how to approach each section, share effective exam strategies, and explain the techniques that helped me achieve an overall IELTS band score of 8.0 (Listening 9.0, Reading 8.5, Speaking 8.0, Writing 7.0).
Each lesson is tailored to your needs, with extra focus on the areas you find most challenging. We'll work through practice questions together, and I'll provide constructive feedback to help you improve and build confidence. Lessons are typically 30–45 minutes long.
