About Laps
I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Cambridge and an HSBC Scholar from the City of London School.
I am now the founder in a private equity / consulting company: Apex Group.
I was fortunate to have great teachers and mentors as a child that helped me live a fulfilled life. I’m now keen to give back as best as I can.

My teaching style reflects the supervision/tutorial sessions that I had while in Cambridge. Working through questions and problems together. I like to develop extension questions to challenge thinking and develop a more solid foundation of understanding. I am also an investor in an AI powered teaching tool which has been proven to improve grades in school by two levels, I will be utilising this where appropriate.
I think one hour is the optimal lesson duration but am happy to be flexible.
I’d be happy to take on students who are preparing for their secondary school entrance exams to those looking to enter consulting / private equity industries. This includes those preparing for GCSEs and A-Levels.
