About Aishwarya
Hi! I'm Aishwarya, and I’m from Tamil Nadu, South India. I have a passion for cooking and love preparing traditional South Indian Tamil dishes.
I enjoy making delicious homemade food using simple ingredients and authentic Tamil-style cooking methods. From everyday dishes like idli, dosa, sambar, and rasam to flavorful chicken curries, biryani, and traditional gravies, I love exploring different recipes.
I also have special homemade recipes and family-style cooking secrets that I would love to share with my students. These recipes bring unique flavors and a traditional homemade touch that makes every dish special.
I believe anyone can learn to cook with the right guidance and a little practice. I enjoy sharing my cooking knowledge, special recipes, and useful kitchen tips in a simple and beginner-friendly way.
My goal is to make cooking easy, enjoyable, and accessible, especially for beginners and people living away from home who miss authentic South Indian Tamil food.
