Build personalized training styles, attending to the needs and wills of our associates; We shun the conventional gym workouts, concentrated on repetitions of inefficient movements, of low intensity and, consequently with scarce (or null!) results. We seek an improvement of the physical form through a better way of exercising, and that this becomes a healthy habit (together with other factors: food, recoveries, better knowledge about our body).
