About Talita
I am a passionate and caring Biokineticist with a strong interest in rehabilitation, movement and helping people improve their quality of life and overall well-being. I enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients and creating a supportive environment where they feel motivated and confident. Working in private practice has strengthened my ability to guide individuals through recovery, strength building and long-term wellness using personalized, evidence-based exercise programs.
I love the outdoors and will never say no to the next adventure. I would also love to be fluent in Spanish!

I am passionate about working with people and helping clients move better, recover from injuries, build strength and achieve their personal goals through supportive, evidence-based exercise coaching tailored to each individual’s needs and fitness level.
