About Gideon
Hello, I'm Gideon, a passionate Biology tutor based in the UK, dedicated to helping students love biology and excel in exams.
I chose to teach because I remember how confusing Biology felt at first and I discovered how to make it work. My goal is to help you understand not just memorise, so you can answer any exam question confidently.
I am patient, friendly and I celebrate every small win with my students. I have strong academic background in Biological and Zoological Sciences and I stay updated with current GCSE and A-level exam patterns (AQA, Edexcel, OCR).
When I'm not teaching, I enjoy quiet time studying the word of God. If you want a tutor who truly cares about your success and explains until you get it, I am here for you.

I make Biology simple and exam-focused. My teaching technique is to break complex topics like Genetics, Cell Biology, Microbiology and Ecology into easy diagrams and real-life examples that you will remember.
A typical lesson is 60 minutes: 10 minutes recap, 40 mins new topic with interactive questions, 10 mins past-paper practice and homework plan.
I have a strong background in Biological and Zoological Sciences with special focus on Microbiology and Molecular Biology. I have helped GCSE, A-LEVEL and University students improve from C to A grades.
My lessons are for GCSE, A-Level, University students and adult learners who want clear and personalised online tutoring via Zoom. I provide notes after every lesson and 24/7 chat support for quick questions.
