About Elina
I am a biology tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MSc in Microbiology. My teaching merges biology with computational science to give students modern skills. I specialize in bioinformatics and computational biology, guiding learners in working with large genomic and proteomic datasets. I teach sequence alignment algorithms, phylogenetic tree building, and the use of tools such as NCBI and BLAST with clarity and patience. I have supported university students and researchers to strengthen their data analysis expertise. My sessions combine theory, practical work, and critical thinking exercises.
