About Ashish
I’m Ashish, a passionate educator who loves making Science and Maths come alive for students. I believe learning should be engaging, practical, and tailored to each learner’s pace and interests. Whether it’s helping a student grasp tricky concepts or sparking curiosity through hands-on STEM activities, I aim to build confidence and make learning enjoyable. I’ve worked with students aged 8 to 16 in classrooms, outreach programmes, and online settings. My approach is friendly, patient, and focused on real understanding — not just memorising answers. I enjoy connecting with learners, celebrating their progress, and helping them feel proud of what they achieve. I take a student-centred approach to tutoring, focusing on building understanding through real-world examples, interactive discussions, and project-based learning. I tailor each session to the learner’s needs, using visual aids, questioning techniques, and differentiated instruction to support progress and confidence. Lessons typically last 60 minutes and are available both online and in-person. I specialise in Science and Maths for KS2 to GCSE level, and have nearly three years of teaching experience across UK and Indian schools, including work with SEND students. I’m currently pursuing an MSc in Biomedical Science at Kingston University and hold an Enhanced DBS and NSPCC safeguarding certification. My goal is to make learning engaging, inclusive, and empowering for every student.
