About Caragh
I’m really passionate about nutrition, and I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned with you. I first got interested in nutrition when I wasn’t feeling well and needed help to figure out what was going on. Through that experience, I discovered how important what we eat is to our overall health, and it inspired me to study nutrition.
Now, I want to teach others, especially students like you, about how food can make a big difference in how we feel and live. My goal is to make learning about nutrition fun and easy to understand, so you can start making healthier choices that work for you.

Typical Length of a Lesson
My nutrition lessons typically last 60-90 minutes, depending on the topic and depth of the content. I ensure each session is structured to balance interactive discussions, hands-on learning activities, and theory-based education.
My Qualifications/Experience as a Tutor
As a certified nutrition expert with a First Class Honors BSc degree in Human Nutrition, I bring years of experience in guiding students through the fundamentals of nutrition science and its practical applications. My background includes working in large taste and nutrition companies, as well as clinical settings and public health. I am committed to making nutrition education accessible and personalised to each learner’s needs.
