About Ashwini
I come from a corporate background where I spent over a decade working in account management, partnerships, and customer success. Communication has always been at the heart of my career, and I’m excited to use this platform to connect with people, share stories, and make learning English enjoyable. Outside of work, I love to travel and explore new cultures, and I never pass up a chance to swap travel stories. At home, life revolves around my playful dog, who keeps me active and entertained. I’m originally from India and now live in Canada, bringing a global perspective to conversations. For me, teaching here is about more than language — it’s about building connections, learning from each other, and having fun along the way.

My Teaching Approach
I focus on conversational learning where English is practiced in natural, everyday situations. Instead of memorizing rules, we use stories, dialogues and real-life examples to build vocabulary, pronunciation and confidence step by step.
My Lesson Style
A typical lesson starts with light conversation to warm up, followed by a story or topic of the day (travel, food, work, hobbies, culture). We then explore new words and phrases from that story, practice them in conversation, and end with a short recap that you can apply right away in daily life.
