About Dhiraj
Hi, I’m Dhiraj, a Functional Business Analyst and Product leader at a Big 4 consulting firm. I help aspiring and developing Business Analysts, Product Owners and Product Managers build practical skills for digital projects.
I’ve led and supported digital transformation projects for major Australian organisations including VicRoads, Australia Post, Adelaide University, Allianz and Tourism Australia. My experience spans Salesforce, AWS, Adobe AEM and enterprise system modernisation, working across business, UX and development teams.
My mentoring connects business analysis with product thinking: understanding customer problems, defining requirements, prioritising valuable work and turning ideas into clear delivery plans.
Together, we can work on:
• Business and functional requirements documents, process maps and stakeholder workshops
• Jira user stories, acceptance criteria and Confluence documentation
• Product discovery, MVP definition, prioritisation and roadmaps

Build practical Business Analysis, Product Management and Product Ownership skills through personalised 1-to-1 or small-group lessons. Sessions suit beginners, career changers and working professionals, with topics tailored to your experience and goals.
CHOOSE YOUR FOCUS
Business Analysis
• Run stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops
• Write business and functional requirements documents with clear scope, assumptions and dependencies
• Create process maps, functional flows and integration requirements
• Write Jira user stories and testable acceptance criteria
• Organise Confluence documentation, traceability and UAT
Product Management & Product Ownership
• Understand the differences between Business Analyst, Product Owner and Product Manager roles
• Explore customer problems, discovery questions and value propositions
• Define an MVP and prioritise features using frameworks such as RICE and MoSCoW
• Connect product goals, roadmaps and backlogs
• Practise backlog refinement, stakeholder alignment and delivery trade-offs
• Define success metrics and use feedback to improve a product
HOW WE’LL WORK
We start with your goal, explain the relevant concepts, then apply them to a realistic project scenario. You’ll create or improve a practical deliverable and receive specific feedback, templates and clear next steps. Bring a topic you’re struggling with, or we can build a structured learning plan together.
BUILD A PORTFOLIO YOU CAN EXPLAIN
Depending on your focus, develop a requirements document, process map, Jira-ready user stories, a product brief, prioritised backlog or roadmap. Practise explaining your decisions and the value behind your work.
