About Bazi
I know that math can sometimes feel complicated or frustrating, especially when a concept hasn’t been explained in a way that makes sense to you. My goal is to create a patient, comfortable, and judgment-free learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and making mistakes.
I believe that being good at math isn’t about memorizing formulas—it’s about understanding the reasoning behind them. I adapt my explanations to each student’s level and pace, breaking difficult concepts into simple, manageable steps.
Whether you’re in elementary school, high school, or CEGEP, I can help you strengthen your foundations, prepare for exams, work through assignments, or simply become more confident and independent in math.
Most importantly, I want my students to leave each lesson thinking: “That actually makes sense now.”

Hi, I’m Bazi! My approach to tutoring is simple: understand first, practice second, and build confidence along the way.
I start by identifying what the student already understands and where the difficulty begins. Instead of simply giving the answer, I break problems into smaller steps, use concrete examples, and adapt my explanations to the student’s learning style. I encourage students to explain their reasoning so they understand the logic behind the math rather than just memorizing formulas.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review, followed by an explanation of the main concept. We then solve a few problems together before the student tries similar exercises independently. I finish by reviewing any mistakes and making sure the student can explain the concept in their own words.
What sets me apart is my patient, practical, and personalized approach. As a Business Technology university student, I regularly work with mathematics, statistics, data, and analytical problem-solving. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, because that is part of learning.
