About Ms Fransiska
As a professional educator with nearly 10 years of teaching experience, I am committed to delivering high-quality, well-prepared, and student-centered lessons. I have taught Cambridge IGCSE, AS & A Level, and IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) Economics and Business in international schools and have continued supporting students through online tutoring.
I believe in creating a positive, respectful, and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in their abilities. Every lesson is carefully planned to meet each student's individual needs, and I provide constructive feedback to help students continuously improve.
I value punctuality, professionalism, and clear communication with both students and parents. My goal is not only to help students achieve excellent academic results but also to develop the critical thinking, analytical, and independent learning skills that will benefit them throughout their education and future careers.
