About Liam
I am currently a PhD student in biochemistry at the University of Cambridge. I did my undergraduate at Churchill College Cambridge having done my bachelor's in the Department of Plant Sciences before transferring to biochemistry for my master's. I am very interested in a career in teaching and have been for some time. For that reason I did a 2-week work experience when I was at 6th form in my previous school where I was allowed to take maths lessons for years 7-11 under supervision. I also spent a huge amount of my time at 6th form tutoring friends and always being on the other end of the phone when they were stuck. I have excellent personal skills and am very patient realising everybody learns at different times and ways and feel like it's important as a tutor to adapt your philosophy for each individual person. I would love the opportunity to increase my experience in the field. Perfect! Liam is a fantastic tutor. He took my son to straighten 6s in all the sciences at GSCE level. Bear in mind Liam only started working with my son 4 weeks to the exams. What he could have done if my son has started earlier with him
Perfect! Liam is such a Fantastic tutor he explains things very clearly that can be understood easily. If you are looking for a Maths tutor I would highly recommend Liam, he has given my son so much confidence in Maths, the progress is amazing.
