About Brigid

I have unfortunately never given lessons before, however, having grown up speaking English and having English class as my favourite class in high school. I enjoy helping people, especially when it comes to helping others with learning a foreign and very difficult language.

About the lesson

My teaching method will be based around the persons need's/requests. Everybody learns in their own way - I myself am a visual learner, I need to see things being explained to start to understand it - some people prefer this way but some don't, therefore I am happy to be flexible with the way people are most comfortable learning a very hard language.

My rates depend on how much work will need to go into helping a person being taught - for instance, somebody with the basic English skills, I may drop a few dollars off, however somebody who has basically no English basic skills, my rates may go up to about $30-32. If I have to travel 5-10kms, then it will only be $10 as fuel is expensive and diesel cars arent cheap! For longer distances the charge will go up and will have to be negotiated.
