About Olga

I am a certified aromatherapist trained at the French School of Integrative Aromatherapy (EFAI), with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and ethical wellness practice. I work in a calm, respectful, and structured way, offering personalized online sessions that support emotional balance and stress relief. My approach is non-medical and complementary to traditional care. I value clear communication, confidentiality, and a gentle pace that allows each person to feel safe, heard, and supported. I continuously develop my knowledge and adapt my work to individual needs, always prioritizing quality over speed.

About the lesson

My lessons are gentle, personalised online wellness sessions focused on stress relief, emotional balance and relaxation. I work with essential oils, olfactory awareness and simple grounding techniques to help clients reconnect with their bodies and calm the nervous system.

A typical session includes a short check-in, guided olfactory work using the client’s own essential oil kit, breathing or relaxation practices, and practical self-care guidance that can be integrated into daily life. All sessions are calm, non-invasive and adapted to each person’s needs and rhythm.

What sets me apart is a slow, respectful approach that prioritises safety, listening and individual experience. My lessons are suitable for adults seeking emotional balance, stress support, burnout prevention or a greater sense of relaxation. No prior experience with aromatherapy is required.
