About Alex

I graduated from St Andrews University in 2019, where I studied Art History and Modern History. Since then, I have worked within many arts institutions, including the National Trust, backstage at London Fashion Week and in set design in Mayfair. These experiences have been incredibly rewarding and enriching. I travelled to Sri Lanka in January 2020, and my life was forever changed by the beautiful spiritual traditions, the stunning landscape and the incredible kindness and generosity of the local people who I met. A close friend introduced me to a series of books on mindfulness, such as 'A New Earth' by Eckhart Tolle, and 'The Surrender Experiment' by Michael Singer, which opened my eyes to a different way of living so fulfilling, aligned through daily mindfulness practices of acknowledging emotions, breathwork and meditation. I went on to train as a Mindfulness Coach in 2021. The wellness and inner peace that I have discovered since embarking on this journey has been incredible to experience, and it is these practices and knowledge which I have been building for the past three years that I would like to share through our lessons, guiding my students on the path to inner peace and their true, authentic self.

About the lesson

I am an empathetic listener, experienced in guiding people to become the ultimate versions of themselves with actionable techniques; meditation, breathwork and effective self-care. I have experienced dramatic evolution in my own life using these techniques, and I can help you with motivation, success, personal development, health, wellness and relationships, giving you the tools to reach your ultimate potential. My first priority is listening to you. Through our sessions, I will give you the tools to improve your health and build a better relationship with yourself. Alongside my lessons, I will recommend books, videos and podcasts to enrich your development. I am also contactable via text throughout the week to offer additional support.
