About EMMANUEL ALFRED

I am a certified music educator with the International School of Musicians England (ISOM) and hold performance certifications from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music England (ABRSM) and the London College of Music. Specializing in instrumental and music training for both children and adults, I teach clarinet, saxophone, and piano to students of all ages and skill levels. Whether working with individuals or groups, I provide personalized lessons designed to develop a wide range of musical skills, from foundational techniques to advanced performance.

About the lesson

I make my lessons fun, personalized, and focused on helping you reach your goals. Each session is designed to match your age, skill level, and learning style, giving you a mix of the essentials—like playing technique and music understanding—while encouraging your creativity.

Here’s what a typical lesson looks like:

- Warm-Up: Simple exercises to improve your sound, hand coordination, and control.

- Core Skills: Practice scales, rhythms, and other basics to build strong foundations.

- Playing Songs: Work on music you love or pieces that suit your skill level and interests.

- Music Basics: Learn easy-to-understand music theory that helps make sense of what you're playing.

- Exploring Creativity: Try improvising, reading new music, or playing duets to make learning exciting.

You’ll get clear goals for practice, regular feedback, and helpful materials to keep improving. My lessons aren’t just about learning to play—they’re about enjoying music and growing your confidence every step of the way.

Perfect! Very musically inclined and coaches instead of just teaching. He will walk the process with you. Emmanuel is an amazing music Coach. Thank for also teaching the theoretical aspect even though its not part of the package we discussed.

Perfect! Emmanuel is an excellent saxophone tutor who clearly knows what he is doing. He has a deep understanding of the instrument and is very skilled at teaching it. One of his biggest strengths is his ability to break down complex lessons into simple, easy-to-understand steps. This made learning with him much easier and more enjoyable than I’ve ever experienced before.

Overall, Emmanuel is knowledgeable, patient, and effective — a very strong tutor who brings out the best in his students.

During the lesson, Tristan demonstrated a strong willingness to engage and practice the techniques taught. His eagerness to grasp new concepts and his overall attitude towards learning the saxophone are truly promising. With consistent practice and guidance, I believe Tristan has the potential to make significant progress in his musical journey.
