About Magdalena
I have been coaching for over 6 years now. My goal is to support and help my clients in the best possible way. Personal training is not only having 60-minute classes, but improving lifestyle, diet and mindset. Every client is different, has different goals, background, habits and goals - how to achieve it is my job. I help with understanding your body, fixing the posture, working on strength or reducing body fat. I have many years of experience as I have been dancing for over 15 years and training myself. I’m here not only to coach but also to inspire by my own dedication to fitness.

Polish
Classes are 60 minutes long, during that time we try to understand body movement and choose the best exercises for your body type and goals. My job is to create a workout plan for you to help in achieving these goals. I train with people who want to get stronger, who don’t want to feel weak anymore and want to be pain-free. I help with strengthening specific body parts, fixing the posture or simply helping with understanding body movements. I also help with body fat reduction by creating a balanced diet.
