About Dartu
Diction and articulation are the pillars of every song I teach. Singing requires total honesty.
My 13 years of experience began with a Certificate in Traditional Music from the Old Town School of Folk Music. I have performed at countless festivals across the American South. Helping 165 students gain performance confidence is a highlight of my career. My lessons cover harmony singing, vocal range extension, and managing stage fear.

This curriculum serves performance-focused students, absolute beginners, and intermediate learners alike. Because I hold a Certificate in Traditional Music, I emphasize the oral tradition in every session. Sight singing and exam preparation are also available for those who want that structure.
We move through vibrato control at a pace that honors your unique vocal development. I guide you with a light, curious touch that prioritizes your physical comfort.
