About Natascha
I am a certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Community Development Student. I teach in Retreats and Studios around Melbourne and I did private teaching during my travels in Bali and Thailand.
I aim towards global healing. Through art, through movement, through reparenting ourselves and healing our generational trauma and most importantly through breathing. Everything is temporary. What stays with you for a lifetime is your breath. The most powerful tool, given to you by the universe, right into the centre of your being.

Through Yoga and Meditation, I discovered the power of my breath and developed a reconnection to my body. In the western world, we are all so stuck in our minds, which can easily take control of our emotional state and leave us feeling scattered and restless or worn out and foggy. Yoga gives us the ability to balance our physical, emotional and mental body and creates unity. It can help us soothe our body aches and expand strength and flexibility. It can also be a guide to spiritual awakening and blissfull living.
My teaching is grounding, nourishing and empowering at the same time. When it comes to private lessons, I would like to meet my student and discuss goals and intentions before I design individualised classes!
I want to help you feel your best in your body, and show you how to carry this balance and integrity into your everyday life.
